Nicole Woolsey Biggart
Research Professor and Dean Emerita at the Graduate School of Management at the University of California, Davis.

Nicole Biggart received her Ph.D. in Sociology from UC Berkeley and has held the The Suran Chair in Technology Management and the Chevron Chair in Energy Efficiency. She has written widely about the impact of social relations on economic activity. Biggart was the director of the UC Davis Energy Efficiency Center from 2009-2015 and is interested in how social structure shapes the possibility for adapting to climate change and new ways of living.

Rick Delbridge is the academic lead for the development of SPARK, the Social Science Research Park, Cardiff's new interdisciplinary social science research unit that is investigating social problems and solutions. He serves on the editorial boards of the Academy of Management Review and Journal of Management Inquiry. Professor Delbridge has written about the labor process, work, and organizational issues in the UK, Japan and elsewhere. He is a former Advanced Institute of Management (AIM) Fellow.
Kelsey D. Meagher received her Ph.D. in Sociology from UC Davis and is currently a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Food Science & Technology at UC Davis. Her research focuses on food & agriculture systems, risk perceptions and governance, and health and social inequality.

Dina Biscotti, Ph.D. was a founder of The Systems of Exchange website and critical thinker and contributor to it until her untimely death in 2014. She received her doctorate degree from the University of California, Davis and was both a scholar and activist. She wrote about innovation systems in higher education particularly among scientists, and about the social worlds of work. She was an effective advocate for the Blue Green Alliance Foundation's mission of promoting clean energy and environmental awareness. The Foundation named its service award the Dina Biscotti Community Award.
Xinyi Huang, B.A.​ is the website designer and developer of systemsofexchange.org. Double-majored in Art History and Economics, she is interested in finding the intersection of these two disciplines. Utilizing UI/UX design tools, she executes her creativity through digital platforms and strives to optimize the user experience.
